Regents Canal, Little Venice
Whether it's a rainy morning, sunny afternoon or a cold leafy autumn evening, Little Venice is always a place to explore. Filled with picturesque canals and waterways, this is the ideal area to stroll, run or cycle to take in the stunning views, whether thats the charming neighbourhood surroundings or peering through the small windows of the intriguing boat houses, Little Venice is that holiday feeling in London. Not far from key city attractions such as ZSL London Zoo and Camden Town as-well as various traditional pubs and cafes close by, there's always plenty to do - If you're in London and want a taste of Venice, then don't leave without saying "Ciao"!

Hampstead Heath, Hampstead
Tucked away in London's leafy northern corner you'll come across a spectacular wild park of woodlands, commonly known as Hampstead Heath. Covering over 800 acres this piece of nature has most definitely been a fresh of breathe air for everyone to escape that city rush for over 200 years. Known to have inspired C.S Lewis to write 'The Chronicle of Narnia', The Heath today still embraces that ambience of peacefulness and creativity. Whether you want a spot of tennis in spring, a dip in their ponds in summer, a stroll under the autumnal trees or a visit to a warm local pub in winter, Hampstead Heath should be a place everyone visits all year round!
Tip - In the heart of Hampstead Heath it's hard to miss the former stately home, Kenwood House. Now open for free, explore the fine grounds and rich heritage which lies within Hampstead.
Parkland Walk, Haringey
Known as London's longest local Nature Reserve since 1873, Parkland Walk has become a popular activity to do in the city, connecting Alexandra Palace to Finsbury Park along the old abandoned railway line, creating a great opportunity for those 'insta-worthy' snaps. 4.5 miles of pure tranquility and wildlife spotting this walk truly allows you to breathe in some fresh air and immerse yourself with nature away from the busyness.
Tip - Depending which end you start, make sure you have a stroll around the leafy area of Muswell Hill not too far from Ally Pally, it's a lovely area to admire the architecture and get a bite to eat and drink.
On a side note, Westbourne Park is around a 20 minute walk away from Little Venice. This is another ace area to wonder around, make sure you head to the mighty pub, The Westbourne for a pint or two!
