Known for its surfable waves, epic sunsets, green landscapes and mouth-watering seafood, Polzeath is Cornwall's hidden village.
Whether it's to grab a bite to eat or catch up with a couple mates over a beer or two, Surfside Cafe & Bar offers views of the North Cornwall Coast, a magic spot in Polzeath.
Surfside Cafe & Bar
Polzeath is a small village on the headland opposite Padstow and to some it's lesser-known gem along the Cornish coast, offering a beautiful location, golden sand beaches, surfing and secluded coves. When it comes to watching the sun go down, there's no better place you'd rather be than the chilled out, lively spot which literally is on the beach - Surfside Cafe and Bar. Home-cooked meals, a chilled glass of rose or a couple of cans of beers, it's here where locals get-together and appreciate their incredible village of Polzeath.
Tip: At the back of the building there's a 'Rum Bar', make sure you swing by!
On a side note, if you're looking for a low-key campsite and only a 10 minute cycle from the village, Rest Harrow Farm is friendly, reasonable priced place for tranquility and fresh air.
